Attorney Shabnam Saadatkhah

Ms. Shabnam Saadatkhah is a junior associate attorney at Moshtael Family Law and limits her practice to family law matters, including, divorce, child custody and support, and domestic violence. Shabnam is fluent in speaking Farsi (Persian).

Experience:

While in law school, Shabnam advocated for children while clerking in the juvenile division of the Public Defender’s office. Shabnam was a certified law student and represented juvenile clients in delinquency proceedings, under the supervision of a deputy district attorney. In addition, during law school, Shabnam received the Joel & Denis Golden Merit Award in Child Advocacy.
After law school, Shabnam was a law clerk for a family law firm, where she gained experience in child custody and visitation matters, domestic violence restraining orders, and other family law proceedings.
