Successfully prosecuted an Elder Abuse matter on behalf of a widow who had been defrauded out of her home and retirement accounts:
$1,000,000 judgment (judge trial) in favor of client.
Successfully mediated resolution of a fraud claim under insurance coverage as “negligent misrepresentation” by amending pleadings of prior counsel who plead into the insurance policy exclusions, thereby quadrupling the client’s recovery to the mid-six-figure range.
Successfully defended a multi-million dollar professional negligence claim for within policy limits (after attorney fee reduction) in mediation.
Successfully prosecuted joint venture dissolution claim on behalf of defrauded investors in complex civil trial: $5,000,000 judgment in favor of clients (judge trial).
